Ingredients
- 500 gr watercress(kangkung), cut and clean
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 5 pcs red chili, seeded
- 6 cloves garlic
- 6 cloves onions
- 1 teaspoon shrimp paste fried
- 1 tablespoon dried shrimp, soak the hot water, drained
1. Stir-fry ground watercress(kangkung) until fragrant.
2. Enter the watercress(kangkung) and salt, saute until wilted. Lift.
3. Ready to serve.
